RETURNS POLICY

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Equawash purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are returned incomplete will not be accepted.

How to Return

  1. Contact us first โ€” Before sending anything back, you must request a Returns Authorisation (RA) by emailing contact@equawash.co.uk. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
  2. Receive your RA number โ€” We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide an RA number within 2 business days.
  3. Package and post โ€” Securely package your item, include your RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and return it to the address provided. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you use a tracked and insured service โ€” Equawash cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
